Mural showcasing three of the first self made African American millionaires in history. Mary Ellen Pleasant, Madam CJ Walker, and O.W. Gurley. Their stories are great examples of resilience and transformation, and great inspiration for me. The mural is located outside the Torres Multicultural Communications building, on the corner of 8th st and Washington in Downtown Phoenix, AZ.
